The success of a T-shirt often depends on how well the design is printed. With so many techniques available, choosing the right one can be confusing. Each method has strengths.

Screen Printing
The industry standard. Perfect for large quantities. It’s durable, consistent, and cost-efficient. Great for solid colours and simple artwork.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing
The modern choice. Handles complex artwork, gradients, shading, and small details exceptionally well. Works on all fabrics. Ideal for modern, colourful designs.

Embroidery
The premium option. Threads give the logo texture and depth, making it look luxurious. Best for polos, jackets, caps, and high-end corporate wear.

Heat Transfer
Best for personalisation—names, numbers, one-off designs. Clean finish, but not as durable as a screen print for heavy usage.

Vinyl Printing
Great for bold designs and simple shapes. Has a clean, matte finish. Common for sports jerseys.

When companies match the design to the right technique, the product lasts longer and looks sharper.
